All sales are final once downloaded

The Complete Coin & Bullion Guide is a digital download. Once you have downloaded it, you have a complete copy that can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds after download.

Please look through the real sample pages on our Look Inside page and the full contents before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting.

Faulty or missing files

If your download won't open, is damaged, or never arrived, email us at contacthowardshelp@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout and include the date of purchase. We will fix the problem or send you a working copy. If we can't, we will refund you in full.

Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live, including rights to a remedy if digital content is faulty or not as described.
