Terms of sale
Last updated: October 17, 2026
These terms apply when you buy The Complete Coin & Bullion Guide (the "Guide") from NUMISCOPE through numiscopeguide.com.
1. Who you are buying from
The Guide is published by NUMISCOPE. Purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and delivery of the download. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the transaction.
2. What you are buying
A digital ebook in PDF format, delivered as a download. No physical product is shipped. The price is shown on this website and at checkout in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is calculated by Gumroad and shown before you pay.
3. Delivery
The download is available immediately after your payment is confirmed, and Gumroad emails you a link to download it again later. If you have trouble accessing your copy, contact us.
4. Refunds
Because the Guide is digital content that you keep, all sales are final once the Guide has been downloaded, as set out in our refund policy. If your file is faulty, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if we cannot. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
5. Your license to use the Guide
When you buy the Guide, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to read it and print it for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute or publish the Guide or any part of it, or use it to train or build other products, without our written permission. All content, design and the NUMISCOPE name remain the property of NUMISCOPE.
6. Educational information only
The Guide provides general educational information about coins and precious metals. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax or professional appraisal advice, and it does not authenticate, grade or value any specific coin. Coin and metal prices change constantly, and examples in the Guide use illustrative prices. Home inspection methods can help identify problems but cannot prove that a coin is genuine. You are responsible for your own buying and selling decisions, and you should seek professional advice where appropriate.
7. Accuracy
We research the Guide carefully and cite our sources, but we cannot promise it is free of every error or that it reflects the latest market conditions. If you spot a mistake, please tell us so we can correct it.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, NUMISCOPE is not liable for losses arising from buying, selling or holding coins or precious metals, or from relying on the Guide instead of professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your purchase.
